C6 Key Solutions
Since the second half of 2015, BYD has gradually purchased approximately 185 sets of T9s equipment from our company to replace existing medium card consumption machines, subsidy machines, etc., which are used in supermarkets, canteens, subsidies, and 47 CPU card issuers (for card issuance, but the original medium card equipment in this project does not support CPU card simulation IC cards). In order to facilitate centralized management of equipment and replacement of medium card equipment, our company began to switch its consumption system in June 2016 and achieved parallel launch through data exchange synchronization in July.
Based on the implementation of online real-time recharge machines, BYD plans to gradually transition its original consumption system to the C6 platform. During the transition period, both platforms will be considered for simultaneous use, with a duration of about 2 years.
The preliminary work for preparing the switch requires synchronizing the personnel, departments (corresponding to the five level departments of the personnel), card issuance information, transaction information, etc. related to the original one card to the C6 platform. In C6, daily card business processing such as card issuance, loss reporting, uncoupling, recycling, and manual recharge can be achieved.
Gradually use the C6 platform for personnel and card information management and consumption accounting queries. Once personnel information is established and maintained in C6, with C6 as the main focus, the original one card system needs to stop processing related business. Otherwise, two-way personnel information will cause system confusion, and it is unknown whose information will prevail. (During the switching process, it is necessary to consider the issue of 6-digit card space in the old system, the reuse of lost card numbers after six months of recovery, and the initial planning of card return intervals.)
In the operation process of the C6 platform, it is necessary to timely synchronize and write back the personnel information, card issuance information, loss reporting, uncoupling, recycling and other process information established in C6 to the original one card system, in order to achieve functions such as consumption blacklist control and recharge collection. The consumption and recharge process records of the original one card system are synchronized in a timely manner to the C6 system for query, report statistics, recharge tracking, and more.
After all consumer recharge devices are replaced, recharge can be achieved on the C6 platform, and the recharge record will be written back to the original one card to maintain the consistency of personal transaction records in the old system.
After the switch, the C6 platform will completely replace the old system, ensuring the continuity of accounting and daily management away from the old one card system (the blacklist mechanism and data collection of old devices need to be processed by the old system, and the C6 platform will automatically write back to the old system through a synchronization mechanism without manual intervention).
After the official switch is completed, the C6 platform can share card information to support applications such as existing attendance, access control systems, and family card management.
After the upgrade of the second phase plan, it is possible to implement applications such as mobile app deposit, bank transfer, personal consumption data query, online loss reporting, account posting, etc., providing functions such as self-service ATM recharge equipment to complete recharge, subsidy collection, cash recharge, account posting, query, etc. to enhance the operational experience, make the service seamless, and relieve the work pressure of service center personnel.
Afterwards, we successively launched park visitor and workshop visitor systems, license plate recognition management, personnel identity recognition management systems, group commuting vehicle systems, workshop and office access control management systems, etc. for BYD across the country.
