South China International Materials City

   South China International Industrial Raw Material City (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in December 2002 and is located in Pinghu Logistics Base Park, Shenzhen. The total planned land area of the project exceeds 1 million square meters, the total planned construction area exceeds 2.2 million square meters, and the total planned investment exceeds 6 billion yuan. The South China City project is a "key logistics project" and "green channel project" of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, and has been listed as a "major construction project" in Shenzhen for six consecutive years since 2003.

The first phase of the five major exhibition and trading centers in South China City has a construction area of approximately 500000 square meters and was gradually put into operation in December 2004. The second phase of South China City has a construction area of over 1.7 million square meters and started construction in July 2007. The largest single building in Shenzhen, with a construction area of 380000 square meters and 330000 square meters respectively, is the second phase of leather goods and textile and clothing, and the global logistics center with a height of 138 meters will be put into operation in 2009. The planned total area of the South China City Tiedong Logistics Zone is about 100000 square meters, with a planned total construction area of about 150000 square meters. The warehouse area that has been put into use is about 80000 square meters, including a newly built three-dimensional warehouse with a storage area of about 44000 square meters, which was officially opened for operation in February 2008.
