Danfeng Middle School is a key public high school in the local area, with a long history of education and strong teaching staff. It is a core benchmark institution for regional basic education. The school has a large scale of operation, with a large number of teachers and students. The functional zoning of the campus teaching area, living area, and activity area is clear, and the workload of daily teaching management, teacher and student safety control, and logistics service guarantee is heavy. With the continuous promotion of digital education reform, the traditional campus management mode and manual operation and maintenance methods of schools are no longer suitable for modern educational needs. It is urgent to achieve comprehensive digital upgrading of campus safety control, academic affairs, and logistics services through the integrated construction of smart campuses, and build a safe, efficient, and intelligent modern new campus.
2、 Pain points in project construction
Before the project renovation, the overall informationization construction of the school was relatively traditional, and campus management
-Weak campus security control: frequent personnel flow at school entrances and exits, and risks such as foreign personnel mixing in and students going out without authorization are difficult to control. The traditional manual registration and security guard on duty mode is inefficient and has many loopholes. The entry and exit data is not retained and traceable, and the construction of a safe campus lacks digital support.
-Extensive attendance management for teachers and students: students' attendance on and off campus, and faculty attendance have long relied on manual statistics, with cumbersome processes and outdated data. Abnormal attendance is difficult to detect in real time, and there is a lack of accurate data basis for academic management and personnel assessment.
-Inefficient cafeteria logistics management: Campus canteens have a large number of diners, concentrated peak hours, slow traditional card swiping settlement speed, severe queue congestion, cumbersome manual verification of consumption accounts, inaccurate statistics of food consumption and dining flow, and difficulty in controlling logistics operating costs.
-Insufficient convenience of campus services: Student card application, loss reporting, information inquiry and other businesses rely on manual windows for processing, which is cumbersome and time-consuming. The convenience of campus life for teachers and students is insufficient, and the level of intelligent campus services is low.
-Independent isolation of each system: The original security, attendance, and consumption systems on campus are independent of each other, with no data connection or business linkage, making it impossible to form an integrated management loop, which is not conducive to the overall management and digital decision-making of the school.
3、 Project construction plan and implementation content
In response to the construction needs of Danfeng Middle School's modern smart campus, Haiweida Technology relies on its self-developed C6 IoT IoT platform to tailor an integrated smart campus card solution for the school. Focusing on core scenarios such as campus security, academic management, logistics services, and campus convenience, Haiweida Technology has built a full scenario, closed-loop, and traceable smart campus management system to comprehensively assist the school in achieving digital and intelligent education upgrading.
The core construction content is as follows:
-Smart and secure access control system: Deploy facial recognition channel gates in batches at school gates and building entrances and exits, establish a unified teacher-student access management system for the whole school, support facial recognition verification for entry and exit, accurately distinguish between teachers and students and outsiders, achieve hierarchical control of personnel access permissions, real-time retention of access data, automatic recording of abnormal entry and exit, eliminate campus security risks from the source, and build a strong campus security defense line.
-Intelligent Teacher and Student Attendance Management System: Build an integrated attendance system for the whole school, realize automatic statistics of students' daily attendance at school, leaving school, and returning late, intelligent clock in for faculty and staff, automatic generation of attendance reports and abnormal data warnings, replacing traditional manual statistical modes, greatly reducing the pressure of academic and administrative work, and achieving standardized and refined attendance management.
-Smart canteen consumption management system: Build a campus intelligent consumption platform that supports multiple settlement methods such as facial recognition and card swiping, solving the problem of queuing congestion during peak dining hours; The system automatically calculates daily dining customer flow, consumption data, and accounting details, achieving intelligent financial reconciliation and accurate analysis of food consumption, helping the canteen to prepare meals accurately, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and comprehensively optimize the dining experience for teachers and students.
-Campus convenient self-service system: Deploy campus self-service terminal equipment to support self-service business processing such as student card loss reporting, replacement, balance inquiry, bill inquiry, etc., without the need for manual window queuing, simplifying the campus affairs processing process, and improving the intelligence and convenience level of campus services.
-Integrated data fusion management platform: breaking down barriers between traffic, attendance, consumption, and logistics data, achieving unified aggregation and linkage analysis of multiple business data, providing accurate data support for school academic management, security control, and logistics optimization, and building a new model of smart campus management with full domain collaboration.
4、 Project implementation effectiveness
-Comprehensive upgrade of campus security system: realizing intelligent and closed-loop control of personnel entry and exit in the whole school, personnel can be managed, trajectories can be traced, risks can be controlled, completely solving the loopholes of traditional manual duty, effectively improving campus security prevention and control capabilities, and helping to standardize the construction of a safe campus.

5、 Summary of Project Value
In this project, Haiweida Technology has created a fully covered, integrated, and highly adaptable smart campus one card solution for Danfeng Middle School, fully implementing core intelligent scenarios such as campus security access, intelligent attendance, smart canteen, and convenient services. The project effectively solves the core pain points of traditional campus safety control difficulties, low academic efficiency, extensive logistics management, and inconvenient teacher-student services, and helps the school to complete the transformation and upgrading from traditional education mode to digital, intelligent, and refined smart campus, creating a high-quality demonstration model for the construction of regional basic education smart campus.
