Harbin Institute of Petroleum is located in Harbin City, covering an area of 800000 square meters with a building area of 281100 square meters. Before the college, there were two sets of cards, one was the New Zhongxin Jinlong card, and the other was the Bank of China financial card, which had a relatively chaotic usage situation.
In response to the current situation, it has been decided to adopt the complete one card system from Hiweida to replace the original two consumer systems. In the early stage, M1 card will be used, and in the later stage, CPU card will be used.
