Zunyi Vocational and Technical College Financial One Card System Engineering

School Overview

Zunyi Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college, formed by the merger of the original Zunyi Agricultural School, Zunyi Finance and Trade School, Zunyi Agricultural Mechanization School, Zunyi Commercial and Technical School, and Zunyi Agricultural Machinery Research Institute. It was approved by the People's Government of Guizhou Province on August 10, 2001 (registered with the Ministry of Education) and officially established on April 18, 2002. By 2015, the main construction of the new campus had been completed, with a student population of over 7000.

Project Overview

The project's one card system uses financial IC cards, with Postal Savings Bank as the main investment bank and M1 sector reserved for water control wallets. Consumer wallets directly use electronic cash accounts, with Haiweida Guizhou Financial Settlement Center assuming the acquiring role. The collected consumption data is directly transmitted to the UnionPay backend for sorting and clearing in bulk. The project currently has a scale of over 380 water control units and 61 U2 (financial POS) units.
