Hainan High School is a provincial-level key high school directly under the Education Department of Hainan Province. It has a profound educational background and comprehensive educational strength, ranking among the top in the province. It is a benchmark school for basic education in Hainan Province. The school has two major teaching campuses, the junior high school and the senior high school, with a total campus area of 196000 square meters and a building area of 186000 square meters. It has a large number of teachers and students, a large campus size, and rich teaching scenes. As a provincial key university, the school attaches great importance to the construction of campus digitization and intelligence. It urgently needs to upgrade its information technology, optimize campus office management, teacher-student safety control, and logistics service system, and comprehensively enhance the modernization level of campus governance.
2、 Pain points in project construction
Before the transformation of the smart campus, the dual campuses of the school had long adopted the traditional manual management mode, which had obvious shortcomings in campus management and was difficult to adapt to the needs of modern educational management
-Low efficiency of office management: Daily administrative work, process approval, and transaction management rely heavily on offline manual circulation, with cumbersome processes and low efficiency, lacking a unified digital office management system.
-Campus security control is decentralized: there is a large flow of personnel at the entrances and exits of the dual campuses, and there is a lack of intelligent verification methods for teachers and students entering and leaving, as well as for visitors from outside. The pressure of manual duty is high, and campus security control cannot form a closed loop.
-Traditional dining management mode: The canteen has a single consumption settlement method, low efficiency of manual checkout, serious queue congestion, and inability to statistically analyze consumption data, which is not conducive to the refined operation and management of the canteen.
-Campus vehicle management is chaotic: faculty vehicles and visiting vehicles are mixed together, lacking an intelligent parking management system. The disorderly entry and exit and parking of vehicles can easily cause campus congestion, affecting campus order and teaching environment.
-Inconsistent management of dual campuses: The formats of the primary and secondary school campuses are independent, the management standards are not unified, and there is a lack of an integrated intelligent management platform, making it difficult to achieve centralized control and unified operation and maintenance.
3、 Project construction plan and implementation content
Combining the dual campus operation pattern of Hainan Middle School with the overall construction plan of smart campus, Haiweida Technology deeply participates in the preliminary planning and implementation of the school's smart campus. With the core construction concept of "OA smart office+campus card", it helps the school achieve digital transformation and upgrading of teaching and office, and build a standardized, intelligent, and scientific modern campus management system. In response to the actual management pain points of the two major campuses of the school, Haiweida provides customized and integrated overall smart campus solutions, covering core scenarios such as campus access, parking, logistics consumption, and intelligent office.
The core construction content is as follows:
-Construction of Smart Office OA System: Build a campus digital intelligent office platform to achieve fully automated operation of administrative approval, transaction flow, notification and announcement, and process management on campus, completely replacing the traditional offline manual office mode, standardizing campus office processes, significantly improving the overall efficiency of school administrative office and academic management, and helping to upgrade the scientific and standardized campus management mode.
-Dual campus intelligent access control channel management: Intelligent channel gates and facial recognition access systems are fully deployed for the middle school and high school campuses, achieving precise verification of teacher and student entry and exit, hierarchical management of personnel permissions, and full traceability of entry and exit records, effectively preventing unauthorized entry of outsiders into the campus, building the first line of defense for campus safety, and ensuring the safety of teachers and students on campus and the stability of campus order.
-Construction of Smart Cafeteria Consumption System: Build a campus smart consumption system, adapt to high-frequency dining scenarios for teachers and students, achieve seamless and fast settlement, unified account management, automatic consumption data statistics, and intelligent financial reconciliation, effectively solve problems such as dining queue congestion, low settlement efficiency, and cumbersome account statistics, enhance the dining experience for teachers and students, and achieve refined operation of cafeteria logistics.
-Construction of Campus Smart Parking System: In response to the challenges of campus vehicle management, an intelligent parking management system will be established to standardize the entry and exit and parking order of faculty and visiting vehicles, achieve intelligent vehicle recognition, fast passage, and orderly control, improve the current situation of campus traffic congestion, and create a clean, orderly, and quiet teaching campus environment.

-Realize digital transformation of campus office: Through the OA intelligent office system, automate the flow of campus administration, academic affairs, and logistics affairs, standardize and digitize office processes, greatly reduce manual office costs, and comprehensively enhance the school's governance capabilities.
-Strengthening the campus security prevention and control system: The dual campus intelligent access control system realizes controllable personnel, traceable trajectories, and risk prevention, and constructs a comprehensive and normalized campus security protection mechanism, laying a solid foundation for the construction of a safe campus.
-Improving the quality and efficiency of logistics services: The smart canteen system achieves efficient settlement and precise management, optimizing the dining experience for teachers and students; The smart parking system standardizes campus traffic order and significantly improves the overall service quality and management refinement level of the campus.
-Unified management and control of dual campuses: relying on the integrated platform of one card and OA, we will break down the management barriers between junior and senior high schools, achieve unified management standards, data, and operation and maintenance, and build a scientific, efficient, and intelligent modern smart campus management new model.

In this project, Haiweida Technology focuses on the overall goal of building a smart campus in Hainan Middle School, with digital office and campus card as the core, to create an integrated smart campus solution that meets the needs of key middle schools. It comprehensively covers core scenarios such as office management, campus security, cafeteria consumption, and vehicle control. Effectively addressing the pain points of low efficiency, weak safety, poor service, and difficult overall planning in traditional campus management, helping schools complete the comprehensive upgrade of traditional campuses to digital, intelligent, and scientific smart campuses, and becoming a benchmark project for smart campus construction in key middle schools in Hainan Province.
