The management costs and benefits brought by independent systems are becoming increasingly serious, with an investment of no less than 400000 yuan. Moreover, the bloated multiple systems are increasingly hindering the construction of Ensmai Company's benefit information management. Therefore, the company's management has decided to integrate the existing systems.
Application scope: 40 attendance machines, 60 consumer machines (with a total of 6 different canteen contractors), 260 access control systems, and 280 customized ESD management systems.
The old system originally used products from four companies and was fully integrated without replacing cards or affecting the normal use of employees.
