C6 Key Solutions


Shennan Circuit launched the C3 system in 2008, mainly using access control and consumer services. The personnel, attendance, and salary modules are processed by Kingdee's K3 system. In years of business operation, it has been found that attendance records are prone to missing, the mechanism for storing consumption data is limited, the consumption work mode is single, attendance calculation problems are frequent, the limitations of new demand expansion, and the connectivity between various modules is not ideal. This poses a significant bottleneck for subsequent optimization work. Shennan also urgently needs a set of software that can meet the current needs and has strong scalability, called the Haiweida C6 One Card System.


In April 2015, the new factory in Wuxi officially launched the use of the personnel, attendance, access control, elevator control, consumption, cashier modules, and visitor system in the C6 one card system. After more than a year of use, the overall effect has been good.


In August 2016, the new project of Shenzhen C6 all-in-one card system was launched, including personnel, attendance, access control, consumption, dormitory management, salary accounting, factory inspection, cashier, Alipay self-service recharge, cash self-service recharge and man hour control.


On the premise of addressing the shortcomings in the original C3 and K3 systems, and meeting the integrated management of each factory, one card can be used in various factories. Retain the original organizational structure management function of K3 and synchronize personnel file data from K3 to the C6 system.


Add EKP system for process management of leave, card signing, and business trips, with C6 synchronizing EKP data for attendance accounting. The final result computed by C6 is returned to K3 and EKP for other rationalization and extension applications.
