1、 Customer Profile

A leading domestic new energy enterprise was established in 2011. It is a highly competitive enterprise in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of power batteries and energy storage systems for new energy vehicles. With the strength of hardcore technology and large-scale production capacity, the enterprise has long been ranked first in the global power battery industry. From 2017 to 2021, the usage of power batteries has been ranked first in the world for five consecutive years. It is also the first trillion yuan market value enterprise on the domestic ChiNext board, and its industry influence and market size have remained in the top tier of the world.

The layout of enterprise production bases covers multiple provinces and cities across the country. The park has a large scale, a large number of employees, and dense production shifts, making it a typical large-scale group intelligent manufacturing park. With the rapid expansion of business, enterprises have put forward extremely high standards for the safety control of park personnel, digitalization of logistics services, intelligence of employee living facilities, and unified operation and maintenance management of multiple bases. There is an urgent need for a stable, secure, scalable, and nationally replicable smart park one card system to support the enterprise's global strategic layout.

2、 Pain points in project construction

Before the project cooperation, there were many shortcomings in the traditional management mode of various production parks of the enterprise, which were difficult to match the rapidly developing production and operation needs:

The management pressure of personnel in the park is high: there is a high turnover of personnel in the factory area, multiple shifts, and a large number of outsourced personnel. The traditional access control and manual registration models are inefficient, and the control of personnel entry and exit is not precise, making it difficult to trace safety.

Insufficient intelligence in logistics services: canteen consumption, dormitory check-in, and daily service processing rely on manual windows, with large queues, cumbersome processes, poor employee experience, and high logistics operation and maintenance costs.

Irregular visitor management: frequent visits from external inspection, cooperation, and construction personnel, outdated registration methods, loose permission control, and difficulty in tracing visit records throughout the entire process, posing security risks to the park.

Weak system scalability and inability to be reused by the group: In the early days, scattered equipment did not form a system, which could not meet the group development needs of rapid replication, unified standards, and unified operation and maintenance in multiple bases of enterprises, and lacked a digital base that could be iterated for a long time.

3、 Project construction plan and implementation content

Haiweida Technology has officially completed project delivery since early 2018, and continues to iterate, add and expand applications based on the company's annual expansion of park scale and new management needs, to build a smart park one card system that is full scenario, integrated, and replicable by the group for enterprises. The project relies on Haiweida's self-developed C6 IoT cloud platform to achieve a full business loop of traffic, consumption, accommodation, visitor, and facial verification, fully adapting to the high security, high concurrency, and high stability operation requirements of large new energy manufacturing parks.

As of now, the enterprise has deployed over 50000 sets of various intelligent hardware devices for the Haiweida One Card in the entire network park. The system runs smoothly 24/7, and its security, stability, and concurrent carrying capacity fully match the requirements of the enterprise's national base scale, group, and globalization strategic layout.

The core landing applications include:

Smart access control and facial recognition system: Facial recognition verification terminals and channel gate equipment are deployed throughout the park to achieve seamless access for employees to and from work, hierarchical control of permissions, automatic retention of abnormal access records, and to prevent unrelated personnel from entering and leaving at will, thus strengthening the security line of the production park.

Smart consumption system: covering various consumption scenarios such as factory canteens and internal supermarkets, supporting multiple payment methods such as facial recognition and card swiping, unified account management, automatic bill summary, and intelligent financial reconciliation, realizing digital, standardized, and transparent management of logistics consumption in the park.

Smart Dormitory Management System: Implement integrated management of employee check-in authorization, access control, accommodation ledger, and dormitory return statistics, standardize employee accommodation order, and improve the safety management level of dormitory parks.

Intelligent Visitor Management System: Deploy multiple intelligent self-service visitor terminals to achieve the full process self-service handling of visitor appointment, self-service registration, temporary authorization, and exit verification, replacing the traditional manual registration mode. The entire visit process is traceable and traceable.

Intelligent self-service card processing terminal: More than 20 self-service card processing, loss reporting, and replacement terminal devices have been deployed throughout the network. Employees can independently complete card processing, loss reporting, and inquiry services, greatly reducing manual window pressure and improving park service efficiency.

4、 Project implementation effectiveness

High stability carrying group operation: With over 50000 sets of equipment in the entire series, it can operate stably for a long time and withstand the rigorous scenarios of high concurrency, large passenger flow, and multiple shifts in large manufacturing parks. The system's safety and reliability are industry-leading.

All scenario digitization improves quality and efficiency: connecting access control, consumption, dormitory, visitor, and personnel management in all business scenarios, realizing the transformation of park management from manual extensive to digital, intelligent, and refined, significantly reducing logistics and security operation and maintenance costs.

Self service optimization of employee experience: Through intelligent applications such as self-service card issuance, self-service visitors, and facial recognition, it reduces employee queues for running errands and comprehensively improves the convenience of commuting, dining, and handling affairs in the park.

Iterative and nationally replicable standard system: The project has been continuously iterated and upgraded for many years, forming a standardized and modular smart park solution that can be quickly replicated to new production bases across the country, perfectly adapting to the scale expansion and global development strategies of enterprises.

Safe and compliant, fully traceable: personnel access, consumption records, visit trajectories, and accommodation data are fully traceable, meeting the high standards of safety control, risk tracing, and compliance management for large-scale new energy manufacturing enterprise parks.

5、 Summary of Project Value

In this cooperation, Haiweida Technology has created a highly stable, secure, full scenario, and replicable smart park one card system for leading domestic new energy enterprises. Through years of continuous cultivation and iterative upgrading, we have successfully solved management difficulties such as complex personnel, diverse scenarios, scattered operation and maintenance, and difficulties in expansion in large manufacturing parks. We have helped enterprises achieve controllable security, efficient logistics operation, intelligent and convenient services, and unified management standards in the park, becoming a digital benchmark project for large-scale smart parks in the new energy lithium battery industry.
